Give us a break Robert.

Clinton, Blair, CNN and Co. do not care any more about the Kosovar than they care about Sudan, Rwanda, Angola, Ethiopia, Indonesia etc...

Their sudden interest in humanitarian causes is all about politics, and not losing face to their national audience.

Money is no object now that we are engaged in a campaign to cover the ass of such illustrious people and organizations...

We will gladly spend over $ 50 Billion on this fiasco and let Africa rot in its corner next year.

Robert, <<res- You can suck up to Slob Milosevic all you want. You can glorify his racism. You can glorify the brutality and inhumanity of his military police thugs. Slob Milosevic's world sounds like the kind of world that you want. You are not alone. There are many people who do not have compassion for others, and see nothing wrong with racial hatred.>>>

Robert, the last part of your message wasn't even a thinly disguised effort at attempting to paint everyone who disagree's with with your war as a racist. It's a tired old technique of the liberal Democrats. One I'm sure you're well practiced in. It's really impossible for you to stick to the facts regarding the atrocities and strategic mistake this war is isn't it? Like most liberals you have instead gone into the feeling argumentative mode. However, even in that arena your argument is weak at best.

You accuse me of being insincere about my concern for the innocent families of Kosovo, because I won't go over there and join the war, but no where in your notes do you show intolerance towards the atrocities against the Kosovo Albanians

You are insincere if you haven't the guts of your convictions to join up and go help those people. Pretending it's courageous to send other people to die for your war is ridiculous in the extreme. The American army is not your whipping toy to be used when the feeling strikes. And the fighting men and woman of our armed services never pledged an oath to the secretary general, it's generals or to serve under the flag of the U.N. Dying for a civil half way around the world. A war that has been raging for nearly 500 years! How many other Milosovic's are waiting in the wings to take up where this one leads off?

I feel that you are a racist due to your indifference

Well that just about confirms my statement doesn't it. No matter how many times you spout it Robert, the fact that you say something doesn't make it true. You can attempt to label me as anything you wish. It would appear I simply understand at a far greater level what it means to die in war. This pathetic excuse for a government in Yugoslovia doesn't deserve ONE Americans life! NOT ONE!

Why don't you wake up from the dream world you have been living in and visualize walking up to some mother somewhere in Georgia and telling her that her 19 year old son or daughter died in the fields of Yugoslavia? FOR WHAT? Did they die for democracy? Did they die for freedom? No, they died to make a bunch of feel good liberals feel better.

The same liberals who have been decimating the military budget for years and who don't give a hoot about the American military, or it's soldiers in Georgia. They know their kids won't be going to Yugoslovia, they will probably be sitting in some Harvard or Oxford class watching it on television and pontificating about how we should send in more of our kids to die. Shoot, some may even go to England and protest the war on foreign soil, or spit at the returning GI's faces a few years after it really get's going. Sound familiar??

It all depends upon what kind of a world you want to live in.

Yeah, I guess it does, and you seem to want to live in a world filled with young American's in body bags serving the flag of the U.N.

Sorry, I don't...

Perhaps you should go back and review your notes from debate 101 class. This 201 class is out of your league. :-)

Michael

Robert, I think NATO is being too soft on Serbia. We should be bombing hospitals, elementary schools, convents, churches, universities, restaurants, bars, day care centers, soccer games, picnic areas, camping grounds, parades, girl scout camps, etc, etc.

If NATO puts their mind to it they should be able to kill 100,000 civilians a week. It is the only way to break them. We must kill, kill, kill. Take no prisoners. We should be using napalm on them. We should be carpet bombing Belgrade with incendiary bombs like we did to Dresden. NATO must stop pussy footing around and start doing some serious killing. The Serbs deserve to die because God is not on their side. Everyone knows that God is on NATO's side. Anyone who sides with the Serbs should be tortured and executed. The fastest way to end this war is to kill every living Serb.
