Time Warner logic. Yes absolutely. COuld be some competition for CDNW though. I havent studied SONY's position but they could make a move too. When Universal announced their own e-sales site for CD's they created a very competitive situation which I believe will benefit CDNW enormously. Ironically CDNW plunged on that news. That was when I doubled down. Lucky me.

Time Warner has already indicated intent to purchase at least some of CDNW?!!!

If a takeover is real they will figure an amount between the avg price traded in the last 10 days and the all time high. It will not be higher than that unless there is more than 1 company interested and they get into a bidding war. Remember they only need a majority vote to approve a takeover so almost anyone with stock at these levels would accept $29 to $32.
