Whether USAB will eventually fill the gap from its recent run-up is a matter of speculation. Your opinion is as good as mine, which is as good as the next guy's. I am betting that it will, partly because of the technical statistical probability, and partly because I expect the current NASDAQ weakness to accelerate over the next month or two.

People often forget there are three ways to make money in the stock market: buy, sell, and watch. It seems to me that watching -- and then jumping in only if and when the downside risk is minimal -- is the best way to play a speculative stock like USAB that right now has no predictable trading range. If I'm wrong I'll miss a profit opportunity...no big deal.

Incidentally, I don't think anyone has mentioned the obvious next step for this company -- a secondary stock offering to raise cash to fund the expansion (and/or line the pockets of insiders). A secondary could have a good or bad effect on the stock price, depending on the terms. So watch for them to make that announcement somewhere in between the fluff PRs promising new Pac-Man sounds on their web site.
