Diane G, Please understand that I am not taking sides in this pissing contest. I could care less about slider or bull. Next, pardon my lack of spell checking. Interferes is what I meant. But you knew that. <<There is no actionable libel there.>> So you agree that Mr. Kudlow was libeled but it is not actionable. It may be true that this libel is not actionable and that is why he should see a lawyer. Every jurisdiction has slightly different defenses and privileges. <<No sane lawyer would take Kudlow's case on contingency>> You assume that all attorneys are sane or that "contingency" is the only type of fee agreement. Not true. <<I know I'd like to put some money on this against you if you really believe there is any substance to the 'libel' foolishness>> Finally you missed my point. My post was not a joke and this is not a betting matter. I believe that bull's post is a serious matter. Whether a case is filed or not does not lessen the seriousness of what occurred and the lesson we should learn. Enough of this, if you want to debate the law let's take this private or start a new thread.
