Marc, I don't know what your post refers to, but Jack only said he did not see any money making opportunities for Phoenix by offering Y2K products. I suspect that this may refer to some group that PTEC has representation on. I note that the address ends with ORG, not COM or NET. ORG, if I'm not misstaken, is reserved for non-profit organizations. However, what I didn't like was that I saw that PTECs VP Craig Slayter had registered 10K of 144 shares to sell, on 4/28/99. companysleuth.com Regards, Jules
