Thank you for the date reminder, Blue...and this will be done as soon as I sign off here. Pals, as Blue suggests, a monthly self-exam on autopilot for the Second Of The Month is a good idea. For quite awhile these reminders have had me scheduled doing my monthly self-exam on the 2nd upon rising and showering...but today I guess because my mind hasn't been on numbers, today the date slipped my mind til reading your post (gotta admit it, might have missed the appointment with myself this time if not for Blue). Pals, here's another link with information and instructions on cancer prevention; this is from the Sloan-Kettering Medical Center at mskcc.org - in that first upper left hand square by clicking "Protecting Yourself" you'll see a breast self-exam instruction guide given along with a list of other self-exams for early warning signs of cancers and other prevention suggestions, other informational links.
