Any cost could very well be covered by insurance, who knows?. In any case, there should be little impact for long term shareholders. I'm very much looking forward to a "quiet" week.

Sounds like the cost of refunding late charges, free month of service and other appropriate gestures will subtract well over a penny per share on the next earnings report.

Some of the customers might be charged for late payment by utilities, etc. Does anybody know if banks supposed to reimburse customers for those charges?
