I doubt very much that this type of failure is insurable as it was not caused by anything external to the company. The moral hazard issue would make underwriting this type of loss too difficult.

I agree that long term this is not a major problem. I do think that when the market is told how much this will cost in earnings per share next quarter, the stock will take a hit. It very possibly could turn the quarter into a loser, although it does not seem likely that this will cost over three million dollars ($0.06/share)

>>I'm very much looking forward to a "quiet" week.

Doubt you'll get that. Even with relatively low volume, there have been some dramatic intraday price swings. Now imagine what will happen when we start averaging over 2 million shares a day!

YOW! I'm hoping for some of those high volume days this week.

>>>Sounds like the cost of refunding late charges, free month of service and other appropriate gestures will subtract well over a penny per share.

With the next 18 months the key to showing the world the success of CKFR's business model, and since CKFR has very little debt, I'm hoping they dip into that >>$120 Million of revolving credit<< and protect the $.05 for the next quarter. I don't think the analysts want to be disappointed again..(It really hurts in the sixes!)
