It would likely be quite difficult for the individual who made the decision to get [reference deleted]'s collective knickers in a knot to suddenly get real and lighten up and apologise to the WebNode3 .... sooo - A small re-arrangement of [reference deleted] personnel would be in order, i expect. "Now, how do they get out of this and save what little, if anything, is left of their face?" It's not that difficult, really. One measure of a human being or an organisation is how readily they will come to terms with the fact that they've screwed up.
