Keith, a float that small would be very nice (for current shareholders) but some of the shares you mention may be double-counted as 3.1M of the shares are owned by Shen Capital Corp, owned jointly by Francis, Anthony and Felix Shen.

According to the Information Circular prepared for the May 12 annual meeting, the company's directors as a group controls 3.8M (40.9%) of the outstanding shares.
