Dias, The lawsuit issue is due to be settled, wouldn't be surprised. Whenever this happens, it will have a positive impact on Vivus, I like the part about the insurance company covering 100%, that is expected here, but one never knows. I didn't see anything on Company Sleuth this morning or other sources which means nothing in terms of reality. Price movement last week was suggestive of a news leak, blah blah blah. (g) Frostman
