No one take offense to this but.........2 things 1. Why pick on DCI for something that (apparently) other companies do also (pooling accounting )? 2. If I hear one other asshole mention this "semper fi" ( or whatever it is ) bullshit again I'm gonna puke. THERE IS NO RELTATIONSHIP BETWEEN THAT SHIT & INVESTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....V

FONX had trading halted in early april by NASDAQ although for a different reason. It lost 50% of its value after it resumed trading but is now coming back up. biz.yahoo.com I'm afraid this really sucks. Tim

Here is a link to an interesting story about Pooling of Interests. cnnfn.com Makes one wonder why the SEC is targeting little old DCTC when this is a common practice. Perhaps the result of the frustrations that have built up over DCTC's attempts to obtain a Nasdaq/Amex listing? The SEC is supposed to protect investors. Hope this isn't a case here they hurt investors.
