My guess - and only a guess:

They will sell the division, and most of the management will stay, IF, they can get access to a viable li-poly technology.

I think the Japanese will be aggressive bidders for the division if they can have access to the latest and best li-poly technology - they have the most to lose if someone comes in and manages to obsolete the cobalt li-ion technology.
