Mooter & all- -If VLNC was to be supplier to Energizer Power Systems (OEM rechargables) for new Li-poly, what happens to that contract? -A careful reading of company's statements, and published descriptions clearly implies that all rechargable businesses will be sold at the auction, but I could find nothing specific re: their recently announced li-poly line. (Note: that PR was from EPS division, the one to be auctioned) -Ralston Purina mentioned large write-downs of equipment - perhaps for tech soon to be replaced by li-poly?
