Hi, tonto, it's been a long time. That wouldn't surprise me, but doesn't change my thinking either, since I don't believe DCI would have a problem finding someone to do it.

Best of luck,
George

sec.gov

stolen from "Clubhouse"...am quoting from above link:

Issue 99-84
May 3, 1999
COMMISSION ANNOUNCEMENTSSEC HALTS TRADING IN DCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC.
The Commission announced the temporary suspension pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 of over-the-counter trading of the securities of Telecommunications, Inc. (DCI) of Stratford, Connecticut at 9:30 a.m. on May 3, 1999, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on May 14, 1999.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of DCI because of questions that have been raised concerning the accuracy and adequacy of DCI's financial statements, specifically, DCI's apparent inflation of revenues by accounting for one or more business combinations as a pooling of interests. (Rel. 34-41358)

Question: is that terminating time "standardly" announced as part of the maximum period allowed?
