IMO The best thing that PPOD has going for it currently is the information they collect on their retail consumers and resell.

I was in it rode the spike awhile back and sold

It takes a product with a huge profit margin to deliver profitably, and as you point out many supermarkets already deliver. In New York City maybe, elsewhere I don't see it. I checked out PPOD's average repeat sale. It's dismal.
