How does one go about getting in on this finder's fee work. Hell I would have done it for half as much. Like I said earlier if you think you can do DD on these stocks your dreaming. Lets see how many share holders vote with their feet tomorrow. Eddy

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but this private placement has probably been in the works for awhile and therefore the PP price of $0.25 per reflects the value of the stock when the deal was struck. It wasn't that long ago that the stock was in the $0.25 range, and it's only been up in the $0.40 and $0.50 range for a relatively short time. I may be wrong (and I probably AM wrong) but that's why the PP price is $0.25 per and not $0.40 or $0.50 per...

I can see now the reasons for the excitement, Saul, take a look at that other private placement and at the chart of the stock

I think that would look scary even to an undertaker <g>.

It's simple. It's called "PUMP and DUMP". The paper issued is at .25. These guys are hyping hard now while fanning out the paper for a 100% profit.

"PUMP AND DUMP"

This is why this play is a no brain "Short". Come Mid June KRT will be under .30.

Hi Saul!

"Quite the contrary, my dear Watson!" (In light of your endorsement, it just seemed appropriate to quote the venerable Sherlock Holmes). :)

Can someone give an explanation as to why the pp is at 25 cents and not say 40 or 50?

Under Policy 16.1.17 of the Corporate Finance Policy and Procedures Manual.

In a Private Placement of equity shares, the purchase price shall be no less than the Market Price for those shares. Market Price is defined as the closing price of the company's listed shares on the trading day before the day the Exchange receives the news release or notice letter, less a discount of 25% for a closing price up to $0.50.

The first news release is dated from April 26th. On April 23rd, the stock closed at $.31, up $.05 from the previous day and the previous two weeks. They could even have paid a few cents less for the shares?
