Sometimes what sounds like the most logical advice isn't the best advice. Sometimes the "best" aren't the most creative. Sometimes the "best" are so busy with more "important" clients that they don't give the necessary time to clients with lower value suits. Law is a complex affair. Your posting disregards much of that complexity.
