Go back on the thread for comments. Of course these could be very clever manipulators dising the stock. But if so, they sure did go to elaborate lengths to do so because they seem to have waded through the software pretty thoroughly.
Most were not too flattering. I still have not figured out all the hours involved in downloading stock histories! ???
I don't use Omega. I use IQ charts. I don't daytrade. How many daytrading millionaires have your ever heard of?

The most active place for TS discussion seems to be on the Omega mailing list.

To H G Eichorst ,
Hi Hal! I use TS2000i for charting (for trading I use RealTick). I can give you my opinion on this software. I believe it has a great potential, it is a nice software but still full of bugs. I remember I had similar problems with TS 4.0 . It took Omega few months to fix all the problems. I hope it will be a similar story this time. As far as I was told they already work on some patches.
In the meantime I had to cut my data base to about 5,000 symbols just to gain some performance and forget about using Workspace Assistant which is not working. I spent quite a bit of time setting-up new TS and I am already experienced user of prior ver. I can only imagine that a lot of people will send it right back to Florida because installation problems. Lack of good printed manuals does not help here.
I like the software tho., it will become a powerful tool once they will work out all the bugs. Learning from my past experience I do not expect it to happen tomorrow but hope to get fully working version within next 2-3 months.
Please contact me if you have any specific questions.
Regards,
Jack
