Well I understand the conventional wisdom that you are referring to. What I am saying is that it isn't impossible and unlike professional sports which take a very limited set of skills to achieve success, there is no reason that with the proper management it can't be done. Just ask yourself how many NBA games did the owner of the Bulls ever play? He doesn't have to play in order to hire the best to play for him. The same can be said for the business sector.
