I have an @Home speedpatch that makes modifications to the Windows registry. Let me know if your interested and I'll throw it up on my website with a few links explaining what it does.

@Home down again yesterday late afternoon and early evening. At least CableVision provides support and you're not left on death hold. However, after much fiddling, they're sending a truck tomorrow. Worked OK late last night, so I'm wondering if heavy use does more than just slow the speed.

DSL isn't vaporware.

My bet is on RhythmsNet at this point to come out the best, barring any buyouts of Northpoint.

I can explain more, but it is a subject I know too much about and it would take forever.
