im from the old LDDS era and you probably know much more about the old MCI than i. my association with salaries being lower was only in a reference to what i know about the difference between comparative positions in the other two companies i have been associated with i.e. BLS & T. i do believe in competitive tech. industry that options have become a necessary part of an organizational structure.
