Hi Jim, Maybe you'd get my shares! I'll be sure to "AIM" in the upper right hand corner so you'll know if they came from me! :-)

Has there been an end date guessed as to settlement. I'm tempted to take my $$$ now for a quarter under the final.

Best regards, Tom

I want to thank all of you for the dialogs we've had over the last couple of months (and even before). Like you, I was hoping for more, and in fact had what is for me a relatively sizeable bet on the company going for more than 20. 21 allows me to close my July 20s ith a modest gain - in the order of 30% or so, and I'm going to do that, probably tomorrow. (and in doing so, guaranteeing that another bid will fly out of nowhere). The 10s are also going to go away tomorrow or the next day. Overall, the gains - while substantial - have been a lot less than I was shooting for. Tomorrow is another day.

A lot of the cash is going to go into a tax free muni fund paying 4 1/2. I might maybe buy a little F. Earlier, I took some positions in the oil sector and I'm sitting on some gains there. Don't want to add because, frankly it seems to me that easy money has already been made (Can't never tell with those OPEC guys, you know).

Tech sector is in my opinion overbought... Internet stocks are falling... (dabbled a little with that last week. Bought AOL at 148, rode to 166, got out at 155 and felt lucky). Some cyclicals - maybe - particularly dividend payers. Don't feel too very excited about smaall caps (I have two large positions with two companies there that have languished)...

So, to all, adieu. It hasn't been fun. But its been worthwhile. And thanks to all for the refreshingly mature discussions we've had. Hope to have them again with each of you.
