Just as those who are watching Leno or Bart Simpson are *expecting* to see
parody and comedy. With no big sneaky surprises...

So if Leno says something true, is he defrauding his audience which expects only comedy?? <g>

That's 100 percent correct.

These nuts fail to admit this.
They are trying to calm parody and first amendment rights for the admitted fake and fraudulent press release.

Well it does come down to the venue present in. If I go church, I don't expect to see hear the preachers rendition of Deep Throat. If you go to a strip show, you expect to see T&A.
If I read a press release from the wire services, I expect to read factual news stories and not some fake or fraudulent PR put out by some so called super ego's from WebNode.com

Cindy, they offer a service for hire, which anybody can hire. We employed them and paid them, per their contract. It's that simple. There is not a clause in their contract which says "this service is unavailable to people who help educate investors throught the use of April Fool's Pranks depicting real-life situations".

But if you find one, let me know.
