True. But growth is what caused the bull run from 1994 to 1998. Growth was why the FED could pump in the money. The fed allowed the ease of loans to create the growth If growth has dropped of, then is inflation now passing the growth rate? i am unable to see where the growth has dropped. Yes in certain segments inflation is surpassing growth. You can't have growth in real esate without available land. I wonder if Greenspan has reinstated the boom bust cycle of economics?
