What incentive does MSD have to do that?? He doesn't need the money <GG>..Seriously, DELL is commited to ORGANIC growth and it will continue to form partnerships / alliances to grow. Virtual integration is DELL's philosophy and IMO they will not waver from implementing this. What you found are just "vague rumors" and that's all they are. Best Regards, Scott
