Venkie-

I am tied to DELL because it has made me some money that other stocks would have never made for me. I did sell DELL after the earnings announcement for a profit and waited for things to chill out, buying back in recently. So, unlike my name, I can sell DELL when I think it wise. I will follow Dell forever because I believe it is a great company. But I will not do so at my own demise. Don't fight the tape as they say. When DELL looked weak after earnings I was happy to take my profits and play other issues until the dust settled. I will be patient through earnings though, because I truly believe DELL will blow the socks off this quarter. MD saw what happened the last time he MET the Street's expectations. I think he has something big planned and I don't think it will be an announcement that IBM is buying DELL. Though they could afford us at their current levels and our bargain levels.
