I look at the stock options in a different light. I have to trust that Mr. Guild and Mr. Hwang are astute or that they employ attorneys or CPAs that are. I'm very comfortable that these two gentlemen see the potential of the company and are satisfied that their few hundred thousand shares will turn into millions of dollars. If the insiders are satisfied with their stock positions with .40 cent options, than I'm thrilled with what I've acquired.

If we begin to see an exodus of Guild, Hwang and other managers...then I might begin to question my resolve with this stock. Until then, let them all do their jobs and the cash flow and share price will follow.

This thread should reread the press release and focus on the New York show and its impact. See if you can get in the show and you'll immediately get off the share issue and back to the orders that TSIG will be starting to fill. Remember the June 1st start date for our first corporate card deal with one more following each month? Ask the company about that. I bet that Tempo's corporate deals will be back to back and backed up through next year.

We've heard that we could see a million cards a week distributed in the first corporate deal in June. We've also heard that other corporate deals are on the table and with the Tempo announcement, maybe they are close to launch. If the first deal is delayed in order to do it right...so what!

I may be wrong, but until Hwang and Guild express their dissatisfaction with their few hundred thousand shares... I's going to remain long and happy.
