Standard lock up period is one year, as far as I know

If that's as far as you know then please quit posting on messageboards and don't come back until you completely finish that mail away "How to be a stock tout" course. If they made a set of trading cards of all the message board stock touts the Francois Goelo trading card would have ROOKIE stamped on it in gold foil. 1 year lockup, you must be confusing this with that Goldman Sachs IPO, LMAO. There, I named a company with a long lockup, can you?

"With the AOL question, it was confirmed that they used ZSUN's own premises for their pilot project, as a favor to them and that no money changed hands."
So the fact that AOL once rented part of the same quonset hut on a closed down air force base as ZSUN is worthy of a press release to you?
Mr. Tobin, even your puppet is admitting the price is hurting because your dragging your feet on getting the numbers out. Time to cut him loose and get touts with a little more loyalty and spine, he's beginning to melt and the suns barely beginning to rise.

No wonder they're coming by way of banana boat. They're going to need a lot of nanners to feed all the chimps on this one.

Frenchy, can you clarify a little. Are you saying that ZSUN told you they own the premises, and they let AOL use the space, without charge as a "favor" to AOL?

I think Franschwa can clear up the whole question of AOL using ZSUN's place for pilot program as a favor to them and that no money changed hands. Just give us the name of someone at AOL that can confirm the information. Everyone knows that AOL is short on cash and needed a place to stay while in H.K. Just give us a name and number where we can verify ZSUN is telling the truth. Please do not use "MF ZSUN" as a source. Seems like a easy way for you to clear this issue up since we think that ZSUN is not telling the truth.
