Hraka, I know, I see the same thing, my personal belief is that the "picks thread" increased the exposure to this dynamic. I am happy to be here and participate (I truly feel lucky to be working with A@P and all the pros you mentioned), but I realize that even Michael Jordan point scoring would go down ,if the defense could put as many players on the court as they wanted to. While I see the private site as desirable, more to the point, it is necessary. wolff

To HRAKA and ALL: First thanks for including me in that top tier peer group. I work hard to try and reach that status and it is an honor to be among thos e people that I respect so much. I have to admit this is a sad day for me. I call this thread my home and feel we are now being fragmented due to the private site and perhaps some infighting. I hope many of those mentioned will be joining the site although I doubt it. The truth is they do not see a need to pay for a private site when they can acomplish so much in this forum through teamwork. I love this thread so much because of the teamwork involved and the collective learning process. I truly feel part of an online family and sometimes change is hard to accept. I will be joining the site but for a different reason than blindly shorting current picks. I do not short anything without doing my own DD. Any stocks targeted I feel I have to research myself for confirmation but I may be exposed to something I would not have been aware of had I not been a member. Secondly, I do feel there is an "Anthony effect" (wish there was a RobbRacer effect)and that by itself has value. I consider Tony a friend and have to admit its a little awkward to pay someone I consider a friend to be a member but as long as there is a financial benefit so be it. Can I make money without being a member? Absolutely! Can I make more by being a member? I don't see how I can't!! As many of you know I am a position trader rather than a day trader. So many of the calls on the private site won't apply to me but just 1 extra pick a month that I might not have entered will reward me appropriately. I strongly encourage those not joining to stay here rather than start another thread. I will remain here as well as I can never leave the place I love so much. Collectively this thread is the most powerful internet group I know of. It has alot of brilliant contributors who I hope will carry the torch so to speak!!! Ok, I am about to get emotional so enough of this mushy stuff. Rob
