I own VOD/ ATI but don't see how MCI could swallow that one

I own Vod-Ati and wish to see them remain independent and become the "Microsoft" of the cellular world. As of this writing Vod-Ati (about a $112 billion dollar cap) ranks seventh among the top ten phone companies in the world and Wcom (about a $164 billion dollar cap or is it $188 billion cap) ranks, if I recall correctly as of three weeks ago, somewhere around either the number two or three telecom based on market capitalization in the world. I am sure someone else knows the market cap of Wcom better than I do on this thread. It seems to me if they want to be a force in cellular they could swallow the Vod-Ati combination.

It is interesting to see the mid cap telecoms in the $50 billion range combining with each other and now we are seeing the $100 billion companies notably DTelecom and Italia Telecom combining with each other.

It would be dilutive but beneficial for Wcom to make a run at Vod-Ati and over the long-run extremely profitable.
