gold, since i do not have a subscription would you mind sharing the details. who? how many shares? etc. i am particularly interested since rmbs employees get shares as part of their pay. none have sold any shares this year. silicon valley is extremely expensive. they have bills like all of us. someone selling a small percentage of their shares means nothing (selling all their shares may mean nothing as well). afterall bill gates has sold huge amounts of msft shares several times a year for the past 6+ years. on the other hand, if the entire corporate staff is bailing, please do not post it here...send me a pm and a link <ggg>. unclewest
