Well, I for one thought the pcln numbers were good. Of course its all an expectations game. Also I feel that pcln is hitting the travel business which has eluded leadership until now, and travel is an ebay-like business plan with a no inventory model (vs. the retailers). There is some promise with priceline of course who knows what the valuation should be but the pcln thread is so emotionally bearish its hard to get a read on anything.

Rob,

>> Safer now to sell short on rallies than it is to buy long on dips.
But it has sold off quite a bit and could be ready for a bounce.

Here is the plan. Tomorrow it gaps to 150, goes up to 155 briefly. I sell my shares at a good profit. Feel like a genius. It continues to 160, short 500. Wait till next week, and cover at 130.

Actually right now I would settle just to get out even.
