OT: Morgan, where do you live? Obviously, not in the prairie or the deep south. Spring is tornado season; we also get them in the fall. The whole midwest plains, all the way down to mid-Texas get them. Warm tropical, moist air from the Gulf meets cold arctic air in the flat prairie. Nowhere else in the world is like it. Also, a good reason you should never, I repeat never, get in a private plane in the prairie--unless it's a jet. The first week of May is when the worst of the tornadoes traditionally occur.
