I'm glad not to see a bidding war. I was guessing the if WCOM got in the fray, then they would be a minority partner in the deal (25% or so).

I think that they're in a lot better shape going for NXTL, though. WCOM likes the business customers and cable is pretty much purely a residential business. I'm not sure what the price will be, but I'm still hoping that it'll be 2:1.
