The quiet period is due to the fact that they have been involved in selling a secondary offering of shares. It's a rule by the SEC that prevents companies from hyping their stock to manipulate the price around the time of the offering. It supposedly ends tomorrow. As of tomorrow, the company can start releasing PR. The ABOV stock split is payable after the market closes on Friday.
