Yes,for exactly that reason. If Bermuda laws don't allow this, the vote in favor can probably be thrown out anyway, since it is NOT ALLOWED! <g> If Bermuda allows XOMA'S present use of the telephone and Internet votes then there is no problem, that needs to be voted on anyway. Vote against any management that tries to get you to vote in a non approved way to authorize the non approved method of voting. Remember we are going to get over 1 million votes against management. We are not going to win.
