Some notes. Consider all as opinion, none as fact. Trauma 800 are accrued for review but actual review may not take place till about july-august area. Yes BG that is what I have heard in contradiction to what they told you :-). Meningo for all purposes will probably not accrue many more, so one can assume the end is at hand. One may also assume that info to us will take ANYWHERE from 10 to 90 days from that time. This will depend on morbitiy or mortality issues and on speed to gather and review data. One may also assume that the company (if successful) may still seek a low profile so as to not piss off FDA reviewers. Last thing company wants is to appear to pressure FDA review thru public media. IMO if it happens it happens but company wont hype the issue. (even if it should or could). One might ALSO guess that the company will seek further financing, the real question is if it will occur before a bpi product deal or after (if a deal at all) , (also not necessarily a bpi21 deal). Also one may presume the quarterly (around may11) will contain some "bad" news in the regard that we are losing increasing amounts of money due to clinical trial burn. So there you have it. Consdier timeframes, consider risk, consider rewards. Consider nothing as factual. never invest based on what I say. Since my if something happens one can presume somthing may happen, we have had 3 high trade days. Standard K disclaimers.
