GREAT article for EDIG from CBS. And to think we were the lead
off story to boot! Can't wait till we get more news. Could be
from Lanier, IBM, INTC, LU, TXN, or ??? AAC may have a slight
edge in the audio quality due to its higher compression but the
time to download is just not practical. Nobody is going to pay
for something they have to sit hours for just to download. I
think EPAC is the right mix of superb audio and a compression
ratio that allows a short and reasonable time to download. MP3
is DOA in my humble opinion. Who is going to pay for inferior
audio from unknown artists? Will be relegated to sales from the
7 Eleven's of the world even after they incorporate copyright
protection. LOL!
