Just spoke to eDigital

Got off the phone and I have some news:

1. The issues surrounding the form 13 I've seen being discussed today have become unclear on this thread. What is a fact is this. Those people STILL OWN 4.5 million shares and they are UNREGISTERED, but they are part of the fully diluted 116.7 million shares outstanding. So, they are not going to dilute our market.

2. The deal with Lanier is coming along fine and production may indeed be coming out soon. The MicroOS is so much bigger than what we know to be the beginning, so just hang on and relax.

3. The music thing (MP3, EPAC, etc.) is nice, BUT it is not going to be the bread and butter of e.Digital- not by a long shot. If you take five minutes and think about what a fully intergrated, easily upgradeable (read Flash memory) OS, the possibilities truly are endless. This same technology, EPAC, will eventually do for video what it will for music. There may be a half dozen 'standards' in the next six months and guess what, only one of them will be able to handle all of them- EDIG!

3. This from e.Digital. Though putting a finger on what the stock price may or may not become, the predictions of 100/share is too much. EDIG has become an important internet stock and will be valued accordingly, but 100,000,000,000!!!! For a market cap? Guys, that is really a stretch. First of all, if it hits ten for me, I will be ecstatic and 15? Whoohoo!

4. The float. Big freakihn' deal. It keeps things in check and means good things for us. The only influences making the BIG changes are the MMs. With a large float and a steady stream of direct and indirect news, the MMs (and the public) will have to place a higher value on EDIG. The bases have been made, most of us have dug into EDIG and are here for the long haul. The MMs tried twice (does today make three) to test "our" resolve and they got spanked like a toddler.

5. Cool your jets, relax and get ready for a slow and steady progression upward. If you are ansy, set stop limits on your profits at incremental levels and get gradually as the price goes up. Me, my first exit is 1.39 X 3 and I will sell 10% and each 20% rise will see another 10% sold...maybe *eg*

I really do wish everyone a profitable experience with e.Digital, so good luck.

P.S. All these internet companies who are making sh*t tons of money and valued around $200.00 and operating at a loss (and will for years to come)- how did they get up there?

Bob,

the article posted yesterday citing that AAC has the lead due to it's open systems platform and MPEG similarities caused me a bit of concern (I owned the stock last week from .85-2.9 and have been waiting for reentry but missed the sub 2's). The article did not say that it would take hours to download, but rather that the file size of AAC was smaller than MP3 (decreasing download time) and would take hours to encode by the recording studio, making the process more tedious to potential piraters.. Since the SDMI may be looking at this situation with EPAC as the number 2 standard, what will happen to EDIG? Can we assume that the MicroOS is so good that it would be a likely platform to deliver AAC encoded music and should be alligning itself with those potential partners immediately?

regards,

Brian
