blankmind, i did not find the N2P's China link. someone else on Yahoo board found it, but everybody there brushed it off as uneventful. so, i posted my thoughts here yesterday (#7207, 7209, and 7212) to get some reactions. the simple fact that Chinese government has been saying that they don't want cheap internet telephony (IT) service providers to compete with their telcom tells me a great deal when N2P indeed has a strong IT presence over there...against all odds. yes, i agree that the partnership list is quite impressive. i think i saw the Chinese Telcom on the list. i was disappointed that my Chinese ISP stock was not on it, though. :-)
