Good post, Carl.
Exactly correct about the royalty improvement beginning in the third quarter of last year ...though this quarter showed a $428,000 improvement over that one. That 428,000 might be the Mitsubishi settlement (if so, a pity and injustice) - the Q should make that much clear. But actually I think if the increase was due to the settlement, they would have said so in the note.

I am quite sure the cash burn rate is misleading .....so much of it the initial costs of new facilities and executives. The negative net cash flow from operations actually improved ( due to reduced R&D). Much beyond this point will be discretionary, and as you mention, there will be options for the raising of more. Something will happen along those lines.

Same old story on revenues, but finally some hope... I have a strong hunch that the fourth quarter will surprise to the upside. But we all know the real story - which is exciting in the long run - lies elsewhere....

Know nothing of TA .....but a bottom of 3.5 ( off of 7.5) would be precisely the same percentage backfill we experienced after the surge to 5.625 ( and back down to 2.625). Then basing and on to new highs. The earnings these two quarters should be the worst of the years news ....after that? Momentum should be sharply up on all fronts ....from revenues to developments. That's my guess anyway.
