Neocon, The UN is yet another area where Clinton could have made good on his promise to make the world a better place. The end of the Cold War could have brought a new era of cooperation and economic development. However, Clinton has become a mad bomber, dropping weapons on all that bad guys and their dastardly deeds. He has undermined US national security by helping nations like China modernize their ICBM fleet. Rather than helping the United Nations become the place for nations to settle differences, he has underminded their authority by not even asking for their cooperation or permission for Clinton's various bombing missions. Clinton has lost it. -John
