Neocon,

I know that you are one of the supporters of our
involvement in Yugoslavia. However, just like
Senator John McCain (R-NM), you are disgusted with
the poor management of this war. Yesterday on the
floor of the Senate, John McCain shocked everyone
when he blew up and said "The President is deter-
mined to lose this war". He is right. What comes
as a surprise to me is that some people actually
believe that Clinton set out to win. He was only
concerned about his poll numbers. You might notice
that Clinton has lost every military confrontation
that he has been involved with. Consider;

Somalia; Clinton orders our humanitarian aid mission
to go on the offensive, capture warlord Adid. The
result was 18 dead Army Rangers and a pullout.

Iraq; Clinton has now caused the USCOM weapons
team to be thrown out of Iraq. Saddam's weapons
program now in full swing.

Sudan; Clinton orders the bombing of a "chemical
weapons" plant. A UN investigation team proves that
no weapons were produced at the plant.

Afghanistan; Clinton orders the bombing of "inter-
national terrorist" Osama Bin Laden. Not only does
he miss the guy, but he kills a lot of innocent by-
standers.

I could go on and on. The fact remains, Bill Clinton
has *lost* every military confrontation he has been
involved in. It would take a miracle for Clinton to
win in Yugoslavia now.
