Wow, quick response! I was told that the oral arguments are not expected to amount to much. Sometimes the Courts just dispense with the oral arguments or they are just perfunctory and brief. Anyway, I don't think we can expect any fireworks on May 12th. After that, it'll be just another couple of months of waiting for the Appeals Court Ruling.
As someone once said, "Following this case is like watching the grass grow." <G>.

Most of you will recall that prior to the Mary Clarke decision
there was some serious accumulation of CCO stock. This was apparently
a gamble that I would assume one broker was willing to take. The
decision was going to be favorable and the stock would rally or
the news would be bad and the stock would slump. The news was
favorable and the stock moved to $4. At that point a BIG seller
came in and proceeded to sell what I believe was a newly aquired
position and made a nice trade. Lets hope that if it is the same
party doing the same thing this time that if the news is again
favorable that he/she lets the stock run much higher this time.
