The way I look at is I've gained a 10% dividend. Remember Medinah Mining owns 100% of Medinah Gold. I now have 10 % more shares, and be careful not to drag A C A Howe into your allegations here, wouldn't want them to sue you. And my how we seem so knowledgeable of the inners works huh?..... Like I have said, you should be a buyer of the stock!

Buying baseball cards.

Back in the good ole days of buying card collections, a dealer would examine a collection and add up the value of just the premium cards. The total of the premium cards would be the offer for the entire collection. You want to keep the 1978 Tiger teamsets, no problem I can be generous. How about I throw in some Knicks regional star players, how much more will you give me, nothing.

If the majors want the two prime properties they would gladly take the unproved properties for free, but wont really pay anything for them. I do not see a large share value drop from the dividend (because I do not think they are reflected in the share price). But hey, I bought David Robinson rookie cards also.

PvG.

I suppose you could make that argument if the price of $.48 was the true value of this company. However, if a major is looking at this company, the thought is they are looking at the two properties that are currently being explored. By moving all the rest of the baggage (and I feel "Good Baggage") to another holding company, it allows MDIN to entertain bids for "Just the two properties". A deal could come a lot sooner, wouldn't you think?

Could somebody please tell me the value of BGO shares right now? Just wondering how much 25% of a proven 15+ million oz. mine in Chile is worth these days. How about YRI with over 100 million oz of Ag? NNO?...Sure am glad there are companies beating down the door on this one...they must have something really extraordinary.
