Hal, I'm glad you mentioned Reiter. As I was rereading Mr. Ed's April 26th "Chairman's Letter to Stockholders," I noticed that he indicated that "We will be exercising this option...(to acquire a majority interest in Reiter) after the end of the first quarter..."

Since this is the first of the newest subset companies (not counting Micronet which is already in the fold) in which AXC will have a majority interest, AND if I'm not mistaken, it (Reiter) is already profitable, AND Ampex will be needing some cash later this year to fund its ongoing expansion, doesn't it make sense that Reiter will be the first IPO, and soon?

If someone else on this thread has already drawn this conclusion and I missed it, I apologize for wasting bandwidth.
