I haven't heard why they are madder than hell.

They lost their options, and the other divisions that split off didn't. They are watching the stock price go up to 200+, they had options coming at 60 to 80, and they have lost them! That's enough to make you "go postal!"

If I was forced to leave QCOM and join ERICY i would be pretty mad too. But I dont see how ERICY could have agreed for them to hold on to QCOM options.
