Me three. I'd be VERY pissed and disappointed, just when things start looking good you're sold off like cattle.Presumably though the people at the top knew about and went along with the deal. As a shareholder I hope those that deserve it are properly compensated. We have been rewarded by the marketplace. They deserve their share.

<<If I was forced to leave QCOM and join ERICY >>

Quit!!!! for if one does not like it QUIT.
This is America, an employee is not a corporate slave to be sold.
Employees were used as food for the fools at ERICY who failed in their
attempt to infringe and block CDMA from being rolled out in Europe.

sure is a nice day, looking for record close,
Michael

OK I know about this situation happening once, and what happened was, all the options were immediately vested for everybody being bought out. Thats the mirror image of this problem because the people left behind have to wait to get theirs, but its much more fair, since the only difference between the two sets of people is a few years instead of millions. I really can't see why they didn't handle it that way, sounds like somebody wasn't thinking too much about the employees on the negotiations table. I wonder if the executives got the same deal.
