Steve: I think what he wants to do is sell a majority interest in cyrix to raise cash (to execute his plan i suspect) but still be in a minority position so that he has a place to make his chips. Whether he can pull this off needs to be seen. What he has going for him is that projected shortage of fab space. It will make a potential buyer more flexible and accommodating. It could work. ted
